It was owned by my Uncle Frank Hennessy who was the owner of Hennessy Dairy out of North Providence.
One of my all time favorite spots. Your uncle Frank was good friends with my mom and dad. We ate there once a week. Escargots and a baked stuffed lobster WOW! I recently came across an old leather bound wine list from there. So funny seeing the old prices. My dad alweays ordered 1966 Lafite Rothschild back then $60 per bottle now over $1000 if you ca find it. I drank one last year when it turned 50 and so did I! Wish it was still around.
I lived next door to his wife Mary & his daughter Susan in Cranston, RI back in the 70's. I often wonder how Susan is doing.
