  1. Used car salesman makes it big! "Dennis" was a con-artist and his inabilty to run a business was evident with the failure of his small chain of restaurants.

  3. I worked at the Cranston Dennis from 1986-88. We had a great staff and alot of fun. I remember Greg and Dave throwing eggs and tomatoes at McDonald's from the roof and the McDonald s manager coming over to complain. I also remember Bill the dishwasher eating the leftovers from customers before loading the dishwasher. My favorite was the cheeseburger w fries and chicken fingers w sweet n sour sauce.

  8. I worked in the one in N. Attleboro at the corner of Rte. 1 and Chestnut Street in the late 80's. The chain was franchised when I was working there and then when Dennis went out of business the new owners of that location made it into LA Roberts after I had moved on. I think they are still there.

  11. I worked at the one in downtown Providence down the street from Biltmore Hotel. Great times there we use to have a chef there that reminded me of charles manson he hated one of the owners named stanely and use to piss on stanely's chicken before serving it to him.

    1. I worked at the Downtown Providence location back in the early-mid 80's . We used to have such a blast in that kitchen and almost never sober. The building was there for many years and eventually became a strip club (Cherry's, I think) then later it was a gay strip club called 12 Ceasars Lounge...I haven't been down there in a few years, not sure what's going on in that location currently.
