  1. remember a date there. We were having a fight and neither of us talked through the whole dinner. The food was good anyway.

  2. Used to hit it after work on Friday. The females would be sitting around chatting after work and the guys so obviously circling around the bar, checking out the scene. The place was a meat market during happy hour.

  5. Used to go once a month with the family when I was kid. I was innocent back then. I liked going to Geoffs on Benefit or near there for the fresh pickels out of the big barrel. Also I remember Lad and Lassie, Mc Karen's and Al Barunchie Barber shop on Thayre.

  6. In the mid to late 1980s I started as a prep cook, became a busboy, and then moved to working the door on Wednesday "Ladies' Night". Man that was a fun job!! Good bosses, fun co-workers, and enjoyed watching everybody dance.

  11. I know three different guys who banged Gabe back in the early eighties. Pretty wild scene back then. Food was okay.
